Doctors Prescribed is your personal online pharmacy space where you can shop safely anywhere in Pakistan. The Terms and Conditions outlined in this section (Terms and Conditions) apply to Doctors Prescribed and all of its Subsidiaries, Affiliated-Operated Websites, and Divisions. By using Doctors Prescribed, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to the Terms and Conditions. Doctors Prescribed reserves the right, without prior notice, to change, modify, add, or remove any clause in the Terms and Conditions. Any changes to the implemented Terms and Conditions will take effect as soon as they are posted on the Doctors Prescribed website. As a result, we strongly advise Visitors/Users/Clients to review the Terms and Conditions regularly. If you visit our Website after any changes to the Terms and Conditions, you will be deemed to have accepted the changes and revisions to the Terms and Conditions.
User Contributions
Everything you submit to Doctors Prescribed, including but not limited to your data, information, and comments, will become the sole property of Doctors Prescribed. It should be noted that all submissions are non-refundable, and thus any claim made by you or anyone else will not be considered in any platform. Doctors prescribed reserve the right but are not obligated to alter, change, remove, edit, or modify the above mentioned data. However, all users must provide us with their accurate, authentic, and correct name, email address, address, account information, and other required information. Furthermore, by accepting the Terms and Conditions, you acknowledge and declare that you will not mislead Doctors Prescribed under any circumstances or situations by submitting any fake details as yourself or disguised as someone else.
Acceptance of Orders and Pricing
Doctors Prescribed may be unable to process or deliver your order in certain circumstances. As a result, reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time and for any reason. After thoroughly verifying your personal information and credit card information, and COD (Cash on Delivery) details, all orders will be accepted. Before accepting your order, you may be asked to provide additional information to verify your identity or confirm the accuracy of your personal information, such as your phone number and address.
Doctors Prescribed reserves the right to request additional information, including but not limited to the physical address or phone numbers, to avoid, reduce, and prevent the likelihood or risk of Credit Card fraud. The same may be required before shipping the products (s). If you do not provide or submit the details and information requested by Doctors Prescribed within Seven days of receiving a notice requesting that you do so, Doctors Prescribed will cancel your order automatically and without prior notice. Furthermore, we reserve the right to cancel the order without notification, justification, or explanation if we suspect fraudulent Debit Card or Credit Card activity.
Communication via electronic means
This term refers to any electronic communication medium, including but not limited to smart phones, feature phones, tablets, computers, and other electronic devices. You are communicating electronically when you communicate with Doctors Prescribed via email, text, or the "Submit a Request" form. You grant Doctors Prescribed the right to share with you electronically by corresponding with us. You also give Doctors Prescribed your consent that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications provided to you by Doctors Prescribed comply with all legal requirements that such communications be in writing.
Items missing, incorrect items sent, or package sent
For missing or incorrectly shipped items, a partial refund is available. We will reship missing or incorrectly shipped accessories and offer a partial refund on the item fare if the accessories are unavailable for reshipping. Please open the package and inspect the contents before signing for it.
Description of Products
The product descriptions and specifications on the Web Site are simply assumptions, and we retain the right to make modifications that do not substantially impact the quality or performance of such. We reserve the right to fix any errors in the Web Site or remove any goods from sale without incurring obligation. Prices and availability are also subject to change at any time without notice.

Doctors Prescribed provides all information, content, products, and services "as is" and "as available," unless otherwise specified in the text or in writing. Unless otherwise specified in writing, Doctors Prescribed makes no express or implied warranty or representation about products, information, content, items, material, and/or services. By agreeing to the Terms and Conditions, you acknowledge that you are using Doctors Prescribed at your own risk.
Delivery Time
When we have the items of your order in stock, it is dispatched within 4-7 Working days.
Cookies
Doctors Prescribed needs permission to utilize "cookies," small text files downloaded to your hard drive from the Site. When you visit the Site, "cookies" allow Doctors Prescribed to recognize your browser (the software you use to access the Internet). You may disable "cookies" at any moment by adjusting the setup of your browser.
Children's protection and the legal age
Users of this Site must be of legal age in their own province. Doctors Prescribed follows legislative limits on advertising to children. Parents must supervise their children's Internet usage and are responsible, as legal guardians, for selecting whether websites are acceptable for their children.
Ordering Products
You can purchase things from the Web Site by completing an order form and submitting it through the check-out procedure. We shall acknowledge acceptance of your order by e-mail to the address you have provided, and the sending of this e-mail (whether or not it is received) constitutes the formation of the contract between us.
Completed Orders
When you make an order for medications or use a service that includes a medicine prescription, we will need to examine your clinical appropriateness for the medicines before they can be authorized for delivery. When you purchase, you consent to us starting this service and assessing your clinical suitability. If you cancel your order after the prescription has been issued, you will be charged the prescription price but reimbursed for the entire cost of the medicine and shipping fees.
Returns Policy
Return any undesired products for a refund or replacement within 7 days after delivery. Please notify us by email at support@doctorsprescribed.com of the returned item. According to the regulations controlling the sale and delivery of medications in Pakistan, medicinal items cannot be returned. Sadly, the client is responsible for the shipping and tracking returned merchandise. To avoid additional disappointment, we recommend sending certified mail.
Complaints Procedure
Doctors Prescribed aims to maintain 100% customer satisfaction, but we realize there may be instances where this is different. We operate a continuous improvement policy in customer care and try our best to get things the right first time. If you are unhappy with anything, please contact us immediately, and our staff will be more than happy to rectify any issues you may have. For complaints, please direct your concerns to support@doctorsprescribed.com. We will endeavor to respond to you within 48 hours. If it is more urgent, please phone us instead to rectify any issues at the earliest possible opportunity.
Damages
Doctors Prescribed is not responsible for any items damaged or lost during shipment. Please contact the shipment carrier to register a claim if your order arrived damaged. Before making a claim, please keep all packaging materials and damaged merchandise.
Termination
Doctors Prescribed may also revoke your license and terminate the rights outlined in the Terms and Conditions. In either case, you agree to stop using Doctors Prescribed and accept Doctors Prescribed right to release account details, including but not limited to username, address, password, and financial data, among others, and you acknowledge Doctors Prescribed right to revoke all account details and deny you complete or partial access. However, the termination will not affect the parties' respective obligations and rights, such as payment obligations and others that arose before the termination date.
